Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Government of India promulgated Green Highways Policy – 2015 to develop green corridors along National Highways for sustainable environment and inclusive growth. National Green Highways Mission (NGHM) under National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), MoRTH has been entrusted with the task of planning, implementation and monitoring of the policy. Key Responsibilities- Lead on Strategic Partnership for NGHM which includes engagement with bi/multilateral institutions, corporates, research organisations, government departments and other Ministries.- Develop Organizational Strategy - Sustainability & Self Reliance - Documentation & publication of case studies, innovations & global best practices- Develop internal processes for project & fund management compatible with prevailing govt norms- Develop mechanisms for quality Program Management & Impact assessment - Oversee training, workshops and awareness programs

It works on Economic Justice (Food Security – agriculture, NRM & climate change), Essential Services (education, health) Gender Justice and Rights in Crisis.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Developing and Managing Partnerships with Oxfam Affiliates and Institutional Donors- Resource Mapping, Allocation and Analysis for Oxfam India- Setting up & Managing "Programme Management Systems & processes"- Consolidation & finalization of Annual plans, budgets and reports- Leading and designing OXFAM INDIAs work on Youth & Active Citizenship portfolio- Supporting Other Emerging theme and Campaigns team with budgeting, planning reporting

Key Responsibilities:• Developing and Managing partnerships with Oxfam affiliates - Design and deliver a commonly agreed plan for working with Oxfam affiliates & their back donors. - Managing donors partnerships contracts – all Oxfam Affiliates & few institutional donors - Raising funds from affiliates and institutional donors - Finalise concept notes, proposals & budgets • Strengthen systems for Programme Management internally to ensure robust MEL & programme delivery - Leading and managing Grant Management process (GAL) for all Oxfam India partners: (proposals, budgets, internal assessment, and issue unique code to each partner) - Coordinating and overseeing partner management: phase out, new partnerships, extension, evaluation, etc - Managing communication with Oxfam India partners through ROs• Analyse the programme budget against mapped & planned resources: state-wise, region-wise, theme wise, lagging group wise • Finalise the Oxfam India Annual Operational Plan, Annual budgets, Quarterly Progress Report and other organisational reporting requirements• Initiating action on the emerging themes: strategy formulation, budgeting, mainstreaming, etc.
