Senior Executive - Talent Sourcing
Roles and Responsibilities• Responsible for maintaining the entire life cycle of recruitment.• Sourcing profiles by job portals, company database, Employee references,Candidate references, Networking, Linkedin,etc..• Initial screening and scanning of resume from active database based on the client project requirement.• Providing complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position.• Screening candidates with telephonic discussions for their communication skills.• Doing an initial telephonic discussion with candidates to find their expertise and their expectations.• Coordinating with shortlisted candidates through e-mail or telephone.• Scheduling interviews for the Shortlisted candidates.• Interacting with Client/Hiring Managers for Feedbacks.• Ensuring smooth transition of the selected candidates to the organization.• Follow up's with the candidates regarding acceptance of offer, joining dates and ensure the candidates joining the organization.• Maintaining data about the Interview schedules, current open positions and status of the candidates.• Prepares offer letter and taking care of the Joining Formalities.Key Areas:• Handling end-to-end recruitment Process for senior and middle management level positions.
