-Program, Setup and Machine Parts on CNC Lathes(Doosan Puma) and Milling Machines(Fadal and Doosan).-Participate in process optimization and lean processes.

-Manage and plan the production of PAVAC products: Solidworks, Microsoft project and Excel.-Apply Lean Manufacturing principles.-Create and maintain the machining production schedule: Value stream mapping incorporated into production scheduling.-Manage and lead the machine shop: Visual flow implemented resulting in improved visibility of current projects status and future priorities.-Organize and plan supply of materials and tools required for shop.-Conduct daily huddle meetings.-CNC Machining: Process selection based on Lathes, Mills & EDM(Wire and Sinker).-Facility Layout: Cell Layout divided into 2 product groups increasing productivity.

CNC Machining

- Optimizing process flows using techniques such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing etc.- Reducing and removing non value-added time that is present in the manufacturing process.- Participating in the development and implementation of cost and inventory reduction activities.- Troubleshooting problems with manufacturng processes and provide solutions.- Participitating in the design and development of new equipment/products to ensure DFM is a focus.- Addressing any systemic quality issues that are resulting from the manufacturing process including those that may arise from material handling, shipping, assembly, etc.

Developed a Software implementing the job scheduling of Jobs on FMS system consisting of two Horizontal Machining Centers with Conveyor System, Automatic Guided Vehicles and a Central PC in C language on Unix platform.

Line Balancing of Main line for 20 Vehicles/Shift replacing existing production of 16 Vehicles/Shift capacity.
