Ineke has been recruiting senior executives for two decades. Her expertise developed primarily in technical areas such as property, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure and major projects. In addition, she has also completed roles at senior levels within the tourism and education industries and for State and Local Governments. Roles include CEO, Board appointments, General Managers, Project Directors, Marketing/Comms Directors, Deputy Director Generals, Divisional Managers, Commercial and Operations Managers. Ineke’s expertise lies within talent mapping, networking and search. She has been engaged to undertake difficult and confidential hard to fill search assignments nationally, often without any advertising (for example the CEO of the Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project, and State General Managers for Watpac). Competitor organisational charting, succession planning and search functions are part of her everyday role. She is also skilled at social media campaigns and building strong networks within industry sectors. Ineke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, A Bachelor of Business (HRM), is a GAICD and sits on numerous committees and Boards within her sectors of expertise. Ineke was a founding member of the UDIA urban edge committee and was chair of the committee for a number of years. In 2009, she was the winner of the Women in Development Outstanding achievement by a woman award for industry support services. In 2013 she was appointed to the Property Council's Tourism Roundtable for the 2013/2014 term. For the 2014/2015 term she worked on the Women in development committee for the PCA, as well as the State Developers conference committee for UDIA.Ineke has been an active member of the diversity committee for the Property Council of Australia since 2015 and this year is the Vice-Chair. She also sits on the Board of Advisors for the Property Industry Foundation.
