Ines is the Founding Partner at I Law Firm. Ines is a professor of Business Law and International Business Law at different Universities in Belgrade since 2001. Besides a university career, Ines has a long-standing career in foreign investment policy in the former Yugoslavia and Serbia as representative of the government and consultant until 2001. She has worked as the Head of Department for foreign investment in the government of Yugoslavia for many years and has participated at numerous international conferences regarding foreign investment. In March 1990 in Bonn at the conference of OSCE Ines was a speaker for Yugoslavia debating on economic relations and investment policy. Ines has written a number of articles concerning national legal economic regulations with foreign countries and economic policy. Ines has published three books: “Foreign investment-how to do business with Yugoslavia”,1997, 277 pages, “Business Law”, text book for University, 2004, 338pages, and a text book for University “Company law, Trade law and International trade law”, 2010, 456 pages. As a private consultant for foreign investment, Ines has advised clients on corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on privatization, real estate and intellectual property.Ines was born in Belgrade in 1953. After graduating from the Law Faculty at the University of Belgrade, Ines obtained a Ph. D degree (LL.D) at the University of Paris-Paris I Pantheon –Sorbonne at 1981. She passed her bar exam at the Ministry for Justice in Belgrade.She is fluent in English and French.
