• Ensure an effective and close risk management as part of the “Compliance” and the Anti-money laundering Program (updating customers’ files in terms of Patriot Act, « KYC », AML procedures, Due Diligence reporting

• Prospect for, advise and support foreign customers bidding for large projects to be realized in Tunisia as part of international tenders
• Act as Bank intermediary and representative with foreign chambers of commerce, in fairs and specialized meetings to generate business
• Study and handle Credit Agreements Files (Buyer Loans, Supplier Loans and syndicated loans)
• Assess bank & country risk for the opening of Letters of credit or bonds issuing
• Collaborate in the setting up and the implementation of new banking products (Cash Management, mass transfers, instantaneous payments…)

• Meet with foreign correspondent banks to discuss/ explore business opportunities (FX & money market lines, opening of nostro and vostro accounts, negotiate best rates to apply and rebates agreement…)
• Compile and prepare quarterly-based statistics on business volume exchanged with foreign correspondents
• Prepare reporting notes on changes occurring within the structure of our correspondent banks
• Follow up of Nostro/Vostro accounts
• Translate annual report, financial notes, rating reports, Memorandum of Understanding for Syndicated Loans…)
• Manage business relationship with the International Rating Firms such as Moody’s, S&P, Capital Intelligence and liaise for the preparation of evaluation reports on the bank
