My remit includes the following:• Lead the implementation of the Learning portfolio in Latin America for Customer Development, Finance and Human Resources with very good evaluation from participants• Lead the capabilities development program for Mexico and Middle Americas.• Participated on the PeopleSoft Extension Project Implementing Recruitment, Performance/Talent Management and Learning impacting 100 employees across 100+ countries• Represent Americas on the Global Performance Culture project
