- Co-start the Portuguese Unit with the CEO and CTO. Responsible for putting together a team of developers and finding partners to start and coordinate the operations in the Portuguese Unit- Develop, implement, and review processes that helped improve the workflows between teams- Work with the CEO and CTO to plan strategies for short and long-term goals, and bring them to the team's daily work and the product - Act as a business advisor for the top management on different topics regarding the Portuguese Unit and be the bridge between our Portuguese and Swedish teams- Oversee and manage operational and HR/administrative processes and ensure that legal/regulatory demands for the Portuguese Unit are compliant by being the point of contact with lawyers, accountants, banks, suppliers, vendors, etc.- Recruit for tech and operational roles - Develop inclusive career plans and new strategies for attracting talent- Onboard and support new employees' integration, training as well as off-boarding

- Prepare project plannings (assignments, delivery timings, expected outcomes and benefits, etc)- Monitor and evaluate the project’s progress and identify improvements that can be implemented - Manage changes to the project and redirect the targets if necessary- Help the development team transition to a more accurate use of Scrum practices and principles Participate in the Scrum Ceremonies - Act as a layer between teams (development, design & marketing) to optimize workflows and reduce dependencies/blockers - Assist in the management of the product backlog items - Assist in breaking down the requirements into epics and stories/tasks- Engagement coach for the teams

- Perform commercial hunting and prospect meetings. Work to make the client aware of the services and actions that may lead them to success- Lead commercial meetings with new and current clients for requirement gathering to understand their project's needs- Monitor costs and negotiate new terms for the partnerships- Co-start and ramp up a new business area - international operations. Expand Kwan’s remote consulting services to new clients in Canada, the USA, Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium- Collaborate with the team lead on the re-design of the operations structure: design new procedures, establish timings for deliveries between teams, set up new communication channels, etc. - Train new team members: get them up to speed on workflows, technical training for new recruiters in each stack and provide an overview of the company’s clients/operations

- Perform end-to-end recruitment and head-hunting processes, from sourcing to closing contracts. All the profiles were tech-oriented: Java, Microsoft (C#,.Net), Python, JavaScript (and its frameworks), OutSystems, Agile/Scrum, Project Managers, etc.- Ensure an ongoing pipeline and guarantee a line-up between the opportunities and the candidates' motivations- Manage consultants and follow up on their career plans to help them succeed in each client project- Start to work on business development activities and commercial prospects

- Prepare support materials, projects and reports to present to clients: motivational programs, team-building activities, coaching, etc. - Work on a project with an IT company, Antúrio. The job consisted of changing and introducing new retention methods for their teams and redesigning the internal recruitment process

- Perform end-to-end recruitment processes (post job adds, screen CVs, interviews, lead group dynamics, offers and hires)- Manage sourcing partners (candidate interviews and feedback line-up with partners)- Take charge of training and new employee onboarding for different operational campaigns
