Provide assistance to the Commercial Director and the Sales, Marketing, and Communication departments. Direct contact with managers and external agencies for Design, Branding, and Community Management.• Development and execution of the company's Marketing Plan• Management of social media and design of the social media strategy plan• Management of internal and external communication tools: website, Newsletter, mailing, etc.• Preparation of analysis reports and institutional/sales presentations for clients• Branding: Implementation of commercial actions and/or communication campaigns in company premises• Event organization: coordinate the company's participation in the Annual Hotel and Gastronomy Fair in Buenos Aires - "Hotelga" (2016-2017)

Provide general assistance to the CEO and LATAM Director of the agency, working directly with CEOs from other countries in Latin America and providing support to Executives and Account Directors.• Management of the CEO's schedule• Development and coordination of regional presentations for clients• Administrative tasks

Responsible for the execution of the Internal Communication Plan• Assistance in organizing internal corporate events• Management of internal communication tools (content development and management): intranet, bulletin board, LCD (videos), Newsletter, internal mailing• Preparation and execution of internal communication campaigns• Administrative management and payment follow-up of the sector• Establishing contact with suppliers

Responsible for receiving visitors to the company.• Telephone reception / Call Center management• Handling company correspondence, both internal and external (receipt and dispatch)• Reception and tracking of resignation telegrams
