I am currently an Freelance Landscape Architect, collaborating with BDU Espacios de Valor SL and with Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, as Collaborating Professor.I work in the design and planning of green spaces from the urban scale to the small scale, especially residential gardens. In BDU Espacios de Valor, I collaborated in the design of quality playgrounds for schools, parks and other public and private spaces throughout Spain.Summary of professional experience:Initially I worked on the development and supervision of the Reconstruction of the USB Core El Litoral, the whole and external areas (Caracas, Venezuela, 2005). Subsequently I was working on Regional Planning and Urban Planning projects at a regional scale in rural municipalities in Barcelona, in BCQ Baena-Casamor Arquitectes (Barcelona, Spain 2006-2008). From 2009 to 2016, I participated on the design, supervision and execution of landscape architecture and urban planning projects and competitions as freelance and associated to Taller Integral del Paisaje CA in Caracas, Venezuela; combining the profession with the teaching experience in the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the UCV, in which I taught courses in the Degree of Architecture in the areas of environment, landscape, landscape architecture and sustainability. I coordinated the Diploma of Professional Improvement in Design Tools in Landscape Architecture at the FAU-UCV, from February 2011 to January 2013. From 2015 to 2016 I taught in the Landscape Architecture Specialization (FAU-UCV) and I had the opportunity to be the Coordinator of the Environmental Conditioning Department of the EACRV-FAU School of Architecture, holding this position for only one year, until my departure to Barcelona.Because of the political economic situation in Venezuela, I decided to come to live in Barcelona, Spain at the end of 2016, where I had studied the postgraduate course, to restart my professional life. Since April 2017 I work as a Landscape Architect, collaborating with several companies and carrying out landscape architecture projects on my own.
