Former Latvian diplomat with more than 21 years’ experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and communication. Advocating for engineers’ role in advancing responsible AI and achieving sustainable development goals. Promoting engineering profession, lifelong learning opportunities and gender equality in the society.I have mobilised partners from countries, international organisations and business community in the cross-border cooperation. I have also led the coordination of capacity building activities in countries of the Mediterranean, Central Europe and Caucasus regions. I promoted stakeholders’ interests in different topics, such as education, research, space, environment and energy and worked closely with European Union institutions.
