I am London based, a professionally qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I am BACP-registered with a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. I offer one-to-one confidential counselling online or near Little Venice, in London. I specialize in abandonment and end of relationships, childhood abuse and neglect, but work with a range of topics, including feeling unworthy, left behind, rejected, unimportant, difficulty saying no and asking for what you want and other relationship issues. If this is your first time seeking counselling, talking openly with stranger may feel like a daunting prospect. However, please be assured that I do not ‘dive in at the deep end’. My approach is to explore whatever is on your mind in a gentle and friendly manner, helping you to discover strategies for coping and moving forward. Counselling is a chance to share with someone who is not personally involved in your life – it could be an opportunity to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings for the first time.I offer emotional support and non-judgement. You will be able to explore the uniqueness of your experience at your own pace – and I hope you will feel understood and accepted. My aim is to help you make sense of what is going on and to decide what to do next.For those who have lost someone, a significant hurdle can be giving yourself permission to feel happy again, even though you may feel guilty doing this because it somehow feels wrong or bad.When we have experienced loss, counselling can be liberating.
