Our goal was to improve employees’ psychological well-being:- I created a Mindfulness program and guided approximately 100 hours of group sessions. In these sessions, I would guide participants through a Mindfulness/meditation exercise, through sharing and discussion of experiences and I would also clarified the way that the human mind functions (what is and how can we deal with a thought, emotion, sensation; how does the mind reacts to different stimulus, etc.). Additionally, I investigated the impact of this program on measures of psychology functioning, as well as in biomarkers of the immune system. Some results were published in the scientific journal Current Psychology (https://rdcu.be/60ds), and they show an increase in Positive Affect and Mindfulness competencies, and a decrease in Negative Affect and Stress, after the participation on the program.- I also facilitated workshops exploring important themes for the employees, namely interpersonal relationship, conflict management and stress management.
