- Social Media Management: responsible for managing all 9 social media accounts of one of the most important clients of the agency - Vodafone Portugal.My key responsibilities:-Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. - Working proactively to present creative and solid social media content and ideas.-Managing day-to-day social media planning, campaigns, and projects.-Researching social media trends and informing the client of potential improvements that are relevant to them.

- Social Media Strategy: responsible for developing the strategy and content for the social media networks of current and potential customers.- Social Media Management: responsible for creating content, planning, management, paid media, reports, and analysis of social media accounts from keyinternational clients of the agency.

-Management of all TAP’s social media accounts in 4 different markets (PT, USA, BR, Europe+Africa): Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube & Pinterest.-Social Media Strategy: Definition & approval of all publications/content published in coordination with the agency.-Influencers: Support in the definition of TAP's influencers strategy. Management of all projects and campaigns with Influencers. -Constant performance monitoring of all social media accounts.-Social listening: Reporting on all TAP mentions on social channel to present to TOP management and across the organization.-Competitor analysis & benchmarking.-Creation of content in various formats for various channels - with the support of the agency- during external actions (events, fairs, festivals, new routes). -Support in the creation and development of brand activations, contests, giveaways, special content, etc.

Assist in the implementation of the Marcoms actions for the Satellite market giving direct support to the Marcoms responsible. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:- Social Media Support: Follow-up and coordination with the agencies all SoMe contents (central & local);Development of copies and contents for Social Media pages;- CRM Support: Revise and localize all CRM contents for central and local campaigns; Coordination with the agencies;- Digital Support: Revise and coordinate with the agencies the implementation of digital campaigns;- Website contents revision;- Local Marketing plans coordination with the dealers network;

- Support and follow up the recrutiment processes in different areas of expertise such as: Life Science and Accountancy & Finance;- Database management;- Curriculum Screening and pre screenning interviews. - Schedule and attend Interviews.
