I'm a Master in Civil Engineering with special interest in the field of new construction materials research, but my life has gone a long way from that. I worked mainly as a estimator, and when the civil industry collapsed a few years back, I decided to follow another big interest of mine and started my own food business. It was small but grew fast and after 3 years my profits had more than sextupled.After the birth of my second child I no longer could maintain the hard work schedule so I decided to dedicate myself to the early years of my kids.Now they are going to preschool and I'm looking forward to embrace a new adventure.
