Beside working in a team with two other coordinators, ACE Program IT Coordinator is also part of a Corporate Resource Management Group team ( RMG). The responsibilities of RMG are many, key among which is to determine the staffing needs of the organization and to help individuals meet their aspirations. This requires an understanding of whether the company should leverage internal resources, independent contractors, or recruit from outside the organization. RMG also ensures that the resources are high performers, are mobile and their competencies are relevant to the business.In managing ACE Program, responsibilities for intern in this position are : Selection Process: Source, receive applications, shortlist and conduct HR Interviews for IT positions; Staffing Available Positions: Coordinate with hiring managers in different teams/projects, communicate with applicants about their selection process;Absorption process: Absorption process/TCS employment of ACE associates across geographies in coordination with respective hiring managers.ACE Events Management: Together with the 2 other coordinators – plan, track and implement the 2 learning events of the program – ACE Global Village and ACE Conference;ACE Program Development: General Management, coordination and continuous development of the ACE Program. Communication, Induction of Local ACE coordinators across India;As a part of RMG, intern is supporting the staffing process :Support in staff critical international requirements by facilitating the gathering; drive daily calls across all India region; track daily the fulfillment; publish dashboards and reports if and when needed; communication with RMG function across geographies.
