- Assisting in the supervision of the United Nations LPE (Language Proficiency Examinations) for the English exam.- Working on the e-Recruitment project: It is a joint project between the Human Resources Section and the Information and Communication Technologies Section. The tasks included preparing manuals and guides for hiring managers in order to train them in the system's usage and assisting in the French translation of the e-Recruitment website.- Helping Information and Communication Technologies Section in improving SAP system's intranet site by reviewing training manuals and user guides and organizing the site and links.- Conducting research on a new tool called "Skills Matrix" and its creation and development with the team .- Helping the ICC's library in Arabic transliteration and the translation of documents.- Assisting the Learning and Development unit in following up of trainings in the fields, LPE policy and legal drafting training.- Participating in MDM project with Senior Trial Lawyers (Measuring and developing managers).

I was organizing committee member for the "Hands for Health" project. The project was about organizing exchange program and preparing internship agenda's for incoming interns. It was also a joint project with Tunisian NGO's working in health issues (e.g., Cancer, Parkinson and Diabetes).
