🌞 A Femtech entrepreneur, I created hina with Hana to promote women's self-care and empowerment by creating products that address the physical and mental issues associated with the menstrual cycle.💬 I share my thoughts and perspectives on topics that touch on women's health, feminism and entrepreneurship.👋 My journey: giving up on the idea of studying medicine right out of high school to travel, entering Sciences Po Toulouse a year later, coming out with a master's degree in International Relations & Crisis Management and a dear friend who will become my work partner, living 4 years in Cambodia and working in the development sector, then finally coming back to my first love and developing a business in women's health, that's my journey in a nutshell. Becoming an adult for me was at the age of 27, by understanding better who I was and by realizing that my mental and physical health should be a priority. It was also around this age that I stopped taking the pill and that I (re)discovered my body and its hormonal variations with its share of setbacks. Beyond the boho clichés and the injunctions to positivity, I am convinced that taking care of oneself, one's physical and mental health is a necessity and can be a powerful weapon to emancipate oneself.🎯 Our mission with hina:- To create a positive and colorful movement of connected and self-aware women.- To support women at all stages of their lives: menstruation, PMS, pregnancy, motherhood, postpartum and menopause. If you want to contact me, it's here:📞 +33 6 70 62 17 60💌 ines@hina-care.com🔗 https://hina-care.com
