Outsystems Engagement Manager & Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)Outsystems: Web e Mobile- Manage the client relationship and from start to finish project delivery as well as the day-to-day project activities;- By understanding the OutSystems Delivery Methodology, work closely with the customer to tailor it to the Project needs;- Align with the customer the sprint requirements, the scope changes, change requests and the project deadlines;- Requirements gathering and analysis and scope definition. Conversion of the customer business needs into User Stories, facilitating the technical team’s understanding of the business needs, drivers what must be done;- Product Backlog Management: Product Vision, Assumptions, User Stories, and their acceptance criteria, Refinement, Planning, Sprint Goals definition;- Conduct sprint demos, collect and analyze stakeholders' feedback;- Ensure risk analysis, mitigation plans, provide regular and accurate project status reports, and other practices;- Agile Methodology and Scrum framework guidance and support to the customer helping in the customer’s organizational change management;- Ensure teamwork, commitment, and expectations alignment between the different stakeholders.
