My main responsibilities included:• Project manage a Wellcome Trust (WT) funded Seeding Drug Discovery Programme under the leadership of Prof Alan Ashworth FRS and Dr Chris Lord;• Integration of activities of the Team Leaders, Scientific Project Managers and interactions with CROs;• Management of data within the programme;• Budget management;• Compilation of reports;• Interaction with our funding body;• Support appointment of external advisors to the programme, where appropriate.• Work closely with the funding body and the ICR’s Enterprise Unit to protect the intellectual property, as well as to support commercial / licensing opportunities for the programme.
