Devoted and kind behavioural science student presently enrolled in Humber College's bachelor's programme. I have a strong passion for learning about how behaviour affects mental health and am devoted to promoting mental health education and services for people from all walks of life.I have developed a strong foundation in customer service, office administration, and interpersonal communication. I have refined my skills through a variety of experiences, including working as a call centre agent at MTN Rwanda, a cashier and customer service representative at Harvey's, and a secretary assistant at Le Bon Berger.I've proven in various roles that I can manage heavy workloads, multitask well, and offer compassionate, individualized help to those going through difficult times. I handle every assignment with commitment and professionalism, whether it's helping clients with their purchases, planning administrative duties, or answering phone calls.My experiences have given me a profound understanding of the value of mental health and the creation of surroundings that are supportive of people's growth. I have a strong desire to use my behavioural science degree to advance this cause, whether it is by campaigning, studying, or providing direct assistance.Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, I am eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to foster greater understanding and support for mental health issues.
