Collaborated on development and implementation of program across NC campus, implemented in Q1 2018. 🔹Served as a DMAIC team sponsor for two teams whose work resulted in combined savings of $60K🔹Terminated a $1M contract with one of the nation's largest temporary labor suppliers that failed to meet terms of a process improvement plan and selected another agency which delivered 8% cost savings.🔹Served as HR leader in both a greenfield startup and a facility closure. 🔹In new role, challenged to re-examine utilization of cafeteria service provider whose costs were 62% higher than budget. Successfully negotiated a fixed price contract for service for 2 years with new vendor which achieved reduced costs to expected budget rate.
