Oversee day-to-day operations of this rapidly growing health IT public/private venture that serves as the focal point for connecting health care across the state of New York, with the goal of improving health care for all through technology.

Established in 2006 as the training arm of Pathways to Independence, the SKILL Center provides free training and support to aspiring home care workers. In partnership with a licensed home care agency, the Center offers home health aide training and job placement to over 550 women with limited formal education and work experience each year.
