One thing is certain, when I like and believe in what I do, there is no one who can do it better than me. At least that's what I think.I am a passionate lover of the arts and that led me to architecture, I wanted to dedicate myself to interior design, transforming people's homes and the way they lived their homes. It turns out that's not what happened. Right now I can say that I transform people's homes into businesses.How did I get here? When I went to college I had to start working to pay for my studies. In those early years of working I realized that I was excellent at something I had always refused to believe in - sales. I discovered a negotiation and conversational ability that I didn't know about myself. And I was (I am still) loving it. This made me focus on sales and project management to this day. 5 years ago I started this path as a business developer and it has been challenging. Meeting new people every day, hearing different needs every day, adapting the speech to each business, managing each one accordingly, running after business and giving the extra mile, it's been good. Really good.What have I learned? To be more patient, to ask the right questions, to know how to direct people, to know how to manage people, that not all businesses are good businesses, that being proactive is not an obligation but something that is in me and has been useful for good results, and that I don't like to sell myself but I can do fine, so here are some of my best characteristics and curiosities:1- I am a perfectionist. Is this good? Not always, but at least I know that I don't do anything just for the sake of doing it. I will always want to be sure it is well done, or close to it.2- I'm an interior design junkie as well as a digital junkie. All the content I consume is related to these subjects.3- 3 years ago I was put on layoff due to the pandemic. At that time I decided to let my creative side grow and created a small brand of handmade jewelry. Did it go well? Yes. Did I sell a lot? Yes!!!4- My interview for this job came through a friend and the interview with the CEO was done in a seafood restaurant while we ate and talked about life! Did it go well? I would say 100% yes!5- What do i really do? I transform properties into local accommodation business. I manage the properties and the clients accounts. In short, I increase the income of my clients through their properties and I love my job.6- Let's go back to point 2. I don't work in interior design and I wouldn't want to advertise it this way, but I would do it for free. It's my passion.
