- Overall responsible for all activities of purchasing department - To conduct different market surveys frequently and periodically - To keep, maintain and update suppliers record.- To assist financial controller in budgeting Hotel business plan- To facilitate contracts between hotel management and suppliers - To conduct up ensure minimum stock are maintained at all hotel stores,- To ensure the full adherence of related hotel Financial policies,- Responsible of all purchasing employees (recruiting, attendance, training,Evaluation and attitude ).- To carry out other duties assigned by financial controller /General Manager .
