Mr M.J. du Plessis and Mr E.E. Van Vyk worked together for a Software Developing company. The two of us came together on the 12th of August 2014 and decided we wanted to start our own business where both knowledge and power would be put into play. Our main aim is to build CUSTOMIZABLE SOFTWARE, SYSTEMS & SUPPORT SOLUTIONS. Once leaving high school Mr M.J. du Plessis was exceptionally enticed with Computers and the fast pace in which technology was moving forward and found himself wanting in. He would assemble and disassemble computer after computer. Took computer courses and attained qualifications in Advanced Excel, Excel on Steroids, VBA for Excel, PC support, V.B.Net programming and Oracle databases and has over 6 Years IT & Systems Development experience. Worked as an IT Engineer/Systems developer at various companies and now wanting to grow and further his career as a Director, and to work hard for his own company alongside his partner at SolidSoft. Mr E.E Van Vyk studied BSC. Software Information Systems (programing), whilst working for various companies. Putting his qualifications to the test, gaining experience along the way. He strives for continued excellence, and provides exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers with over 6 years programming experience. He has a full understanding of the full life cycle of a software development project and extensive experience in database design (Oracle 10g & 11g) and system wide development for an ERP/FMS system. He is also familiar with networking architectures and various server technologies, and has experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. SolidSoft offers systems for all of this to be captured on and to be easily accessible for the public or the end user, making the future bright, easier and more understandable.
