Responsible for managing & monitoring Alternate Delivery Channel (Payments-ATM-CDM-Internet Banking -SMS Banking -Mobile Apps Details :  Ensure smooth operation of ATM & CDM related activities through the all ATM Service Centers & Branches.  Manage Digital Channels (Mobile Banking Apps , Internet Banking, SMS Banking, )  Maintain the Web page and updating the ATM-CDM location  Preparing of different type of BRS & getting approval from management. Reconciliation of GL and necessary rectification. Processing International payment and getting the approval from Bangladesh Bank-Vendor payment against software Start project for BB requirements (EFTN through internet banking and POS acquiring through NPSB) Anti Skimming device selection and implementation with PIN shield  Conducting training session for Anti Skimming and fraud management Periodic Maintenance of ATM-CDM and First level Management Introducing Electronic Journal pulling system instead of EJ Roll. EMV up-gradation and liability share Initiated Project for Switch (IRIS) up-gradation and Modification. Lead Fincale upgrade project from business. Analyze the impact of channel cost for each product and customer segment. Managing the ATM to CDM converting project Monitoring on time cash replenishment and Deposit Envelop Collection activities of all ATM & CDM across Bangladesh with reconciliation.  POS Merchant transaction profiling and portfolio risk management through verifying merchant business model and credentials.  Manage the Fraud Monitoring Unit for Debit, Credit and Acquiring and ensure that the fraud losses are controlled. Monitoring Central Cash Sorting project (depositing idle fund of Branches to Bangladesh Bank) Work closely with technology, Payments Service department of Bangladesh Bank, VISA –Master to ensure Automated Banking Channels are operative and timely Roll out, Software Up-gradation, servicing .
