· I was a Senior Consultant in a two year cultural change consulting and training project at MasterCard. We did five-day trainings for domestic and international participants from every department within the company. I trained the CEO’s personal support staff.

For 11 years I worked with an international educational foundation with 400 centers in 52 countries. I started with the core team of founders and rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer as well as serving on both the domestic and international boards of directors. I began by coordinating advance preparations in major cities throughout the U.S. I then worked five years in the Financial Department. Then, as COO, I was responsible for aspects of strategic planning, marketing, financial management (including a multi-million dollar budget and build outs of large commercial properties throughout the U.S.), and the training of managers of key corporate facilities.The main headquarters was in the Catskills, north of NYC, where we owned 4 hotels. We conducted summer programs and classes, having 1,500 to 3,000 people for which we provided housing, three meals a day and day care for children.
