Assets under management included colocation, enterprise and power based buildings leased to retail, enterprise users and CPS providers. Michael as part of the Portfolio Management team was also involved in both the acquisition and disposition of data centers throughout the U.S.. In his time at Digital Realty, Michael collaborated with sales executives to achieve a record 43 megawatts of leasing during his tenure.

HDG Mansur is an international real estate private equity firm with 25 years experience in providing real estate fund and asset management services and property development services in collaboration with HSBC BankAs an asset manager, Michael oversaw operations, budgeting, and financial modeling for a 2.2MM sq ft portfolio of commercial office, industrial, and mixed-use properties with a value add opportunity income fund. Michaels day to day duties would include devising and implement strategies to optimize returns while mitigating risk by selectively placing investments in markets with long term growth potential.
