I have created and maintained a highly successful security awareness culture at Ocado. One of the first tasks I identified was ensuring users understood what was expected of them and made information security relatable. By using various engagement methods, thinking creatively and often outside the box, Infosec is now a highly recognised and vital part of our business. From creating an impactful internal brand identity to creating videos, regular newsletters and training content, my team's engagement metrics are excellent, and our messaging is impactful. I excelled in conflict resolution, handling client complaints and resolving contract disputes while maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, I conducted training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of new and existing sales staff, identified and implemented improved sales methods and tactics and innovated new optimisation strategies to boost team performance. I also played a crucial role in web-friendly content creation, graphic redesign, and streamlining operational efficiency.
