Hi! I am a highly skilled IT professional versed in Cloud Computing, and Technical Support. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in DevOps and Cloud Computing at INESDI Business School in Barcelona, Spain. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Communication Technology from Universidad Tecnológica de la Sierra Hidalguense in Hidalgo, Mexico.I have extensive experience working in various technical support roles. Currently, I am a Software Support Professional at Milestone Systems in Mexico City where I provide support for the installation and maintenance of Milestone Xprotect software. My responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting servers, managing DNS and domain accounts, and supporting third-party integrations. I am proficient in handling tickets, maintaining logs, and providing remote support via TeamViewer, remote desktop, AnyDesk, and MS Teams.Previously, I worked at Aptar Querétaro as a L1 & L2 Technical Support professional, where I gained strong knowledge in storage systems, network tracing, and system administration. I also have experience in customer support, having worked at Sykes México and Consorcio Reduno, where I provided technical support for network equipment and managed customer incidents.I hold several certifications, including AWS Solution Architect - Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Cybersecurity from Cisco Network Academy.
