As part of the Mexico & LatAm IT Service Delivery Manager, my focus is on managing service expectations with local IT teams from Latin American countries. This involves managing IT projects, serving as the Point of Contact (PoC) with IT Service Towers to address any system issues, tracking service metrics through ServiceNow, and collaborating with other IT tower leads and business stakeholders to deliver the expected service.My goals include:- Analyzing and assessing operational metrics and KPIs to proactively mitigate risks (cyber), identify delivery opportunities, and optimize costs.- Ensuring seamless service delivery to all supported clients by maintaining delivery SLAs above 90%.- Overseeing IT infrastructure service delivery across all supported countries.My responsibilities and key skills include:- Providing technical and service leadership in daily operations and projects.- Managing relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.- Having a broad understanding of all IT technologies supporting the business.- Possessing expert knowledge of IT service management practices.- Identifying and supporting confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy risks.- Evaluating SLAs and executing best practices.- Providing support by offering advice and implementing standard solutions.
