Ing. Luca Prosperi is a senior system/software engineer working as freelance in the automation field at 360 degrees. He has a long experience (almost 40 years) in real-time solutions for data collecting and management in industrial environments (machineries), operating with 20 years in advance in the scenario of Industry 4.0.He has skills in web applications development for analyzing and reporting manufacturing data, for building dashboards where plant KPIs are calculated and represented as charts or reports on the basis of the hystorical acquisition from the edge computing (developped by myself) or in real-time, like live, using a very original and innovative technique.He is used to work with PLC Siemens, B&R, Omron, Trio for automation of machineries and plants. He started many R&D projects: the last one is a LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) for logistics (pallet handling).He worked a long time in software accomplishments, tests and maintenances on machineries at the customer sites.He is a system integrator also in the field of logistics where warehouse lines are operating at high speed and an efficiency of data transactions is required through real-time optimized techniques.His vision is strongly pragmatic, grew from R&D and oriented toward the application field and the completion of the contract.
