My main role is to help my clients, private outpatient doctors and pediatricians, with the administration and management of their private clinics.At the beginnig, the main goal was to relieve my clients from complex administrative, managerial and accounting obligations at their private clinics. My added value, which my clients admire the most, is to relieve my clients of these obligations, so they can devote their attention to their profession as a doctor and stay focused, which also brings added value to patients.I am also working on making clinics of my clients more profitable, more digital and also helpful for patients and set the trend of these type of medical businesses more close to the west type, as in Austria, Germany etc.COVID-19 period showed us mainly the weeknesses of management of private clinics, due to strong bureaucracy from the Ministry of wealth. Also it made work of my clients more complicated and less understandable. My main goal was to make the processes in clinics of my clients less bureaucratic, more digital, trying to make a communication between their businesses more understable, straight, for the benefit of the patient and the doctors themselves, as owners of their businesses.

The main aim was to make cooperation with the client for a longer period of time, not only to sell the product, but a service based on long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation for the future years, to get know with the client as much as possible to be able to offer him the best solution, to make close contact as a potential source of my future contacts. While doing networking I used to get new clients.The main point was the preparation of customized financial plans according to the needs and financial possibilities of clients, to protect their own financial stability in the future.First of all, I had to know the cash-flow, the amount of their savings, their health condition, plans and goals for the future and previous experience with the financial market. This type of work was very similar to the first visit at the doctor.On the basis of a thorough analysis of their financial possibilities with regard to the future goals, customized financial plan fit to the client situation, was the product of my service. Financial plan consisted of making basics savings, insurance in case of incapacity of work, investments - short, middle and long termed, financial security to retirement and possibilities, how to finance the future property. Just because I was very close to property business also.The main advantage of this job in my eyes was posibility to meet new people daily and this way to grow my contact database. I am sure, that networking is one of the most important task to make your own bussiness bigger and more profitable.
