My Australian career started in 1982 and I have spent most of those years until now working in Inbound Tourism to Australia. My greatest achievement was working with my partners at ATS Pacific for over 27 years, taking it from a small Inbound Operator to not the largest (almost), but the most respected Inbound Operator in Australia.Operations has always been my forte and I excel at creating and implementing processes and procedures. I am a good communicator and work well with others; I am a good listener. I am a pro-active rather than a re-active person. I have held Sales positions in the past but as a general rule, can only sell products I believe in. Rather than sell, I would rather ensure companies receive the best service possible. One thing I truly enjoy is working with people at all levels, mentoring them and helping them to grow.
