In cooperation with global partner Mercer, my team developed, gathered, formulated and shared global as well as local labour market trends and fostered best HRM and OM practices with media, business community and each of our clients.I managed Compensation Survey and Consulting services in Latvia and Lithuania, cooperating with 400 companies and analyzing information on more than 30 000 positions annually.Fields of expertise: organisational design, job roles and related processes; function analysis and audits; compensation and motivation systems; performance management and compensation surveys.10 years of extensive experience in such industries as Finance, FMCG, Pharma, IT, Aviation, Production, Education, Sales and Public sector.
