What is Life Coaching? Professional coaching is a partnership between a qualified coach and an individual that supports the achievement of the desired results, based on the goals, set by the individual. It is a process of moving forward from where you are to where you want to be. Through the coaching process, you will explore, discover, make decisions and set the goals that will help you achieve your ultimate desired result. As your coach, I will encourage you, inspire, guide and help you re-frame perspectives that will empower you and help you handle your challenges. I will help you discover your strengths and set the goals that will move you forward. I will share my knowledge, support you in overcoming the obstacles and achieving your goals, which ultimately will bring you to the desired result. I fluently speak English, Lithuanian and Russian languages, so I can conduct coaching sessions in any of these languages. Sessions are conducted on the phone/Skype. For local clients first session may be conducted face-to-face, and then continue via phone or Skype. • Do you have a vision you want to implement or goals that you want to achieve and would like to be coached and supported in the process? • Are you going through some challenges or obstacles that makes it difficult or even prevent you from moving forward in life/career?• Have you experienced some life changing event and you need support in moving on, while dealing with the changes? • Do you desire to make a change and need some support in the decision making process and in your journey making it happen? If we agree to work together, our coaching sessions will be 45 min long weekly, three times a month.

 At this time I offer 3 speaking topics : Topic 1. “Break through and Make it happen”Do you have a vision, which you would like to turn into your reality? Is your goal a great challenge for you? After overcoming all obstacles and achieving the impossible not once, Inga learned that we can achieve even what seems impossible, if we truly want it, do whatever it takes to reach our goal and have unshakable faith that we will succeed. This presentation will greatly inspire you and will give you tools that will empower you to overcome and implement the desired outcome. Topic 2. “Overcome pain and Thrive”Have you experienced a painful event and you have a hard time moving on in your life? Do you feel depressed and it holds you back from enjoying life? It all can be changed. Inga’s experience shows that it's not what happens to us what determines our destiny, but how we respond to it and what we choose to do about it. In this presentation Inga will share her inspiring story how she overcame her tragedy and will give a strategy how to overcome pain, and implement the desired change, so you thrive again. Topic 3. “All things are possible with God”Are you going through some difficult times and you feel helpless? Have you experienced an event, which was so destructive that it seems impossible to restore it back or make it better? After the car accident that left Inga without both of her legs, it seemed that her life was completely destroyed and she did not see any possible way how it could be restored. But, her tragedy turned into a beautiful testimony of God’s power to restore the broken and turn the impossible into possible. Today, Inga feels happier than she was before the car accident. Inga’s testimony and the message she has will greatly inspire you, strengthen your faith, give you hope and will motivate you to fight for your life and for your vision, firmly trusting the Lord.
