I started my journey in this fast growing company as technical assistant in a short time been promoted to manager and became one of the senior people at one of the biggest UK online repairs shop - Quick Mobile Fix. Running two biggest departments with over 20 staff, making purchase orders while managing director is on holiday, supporting other managers and them departments. Key holder of the premises.My main responsibilities:• Key holder (opening and closing premises)• Reporting direct to managing director• Assist managing director in purchasing• Ensure orders going out in time• Ensure KPI's are met and exceeded• Managing quality control and technicians departments• Provide and deliver staff training• Making sure everyone is meeting them targets• Reporting direct to managing director• Assisting to other managers• Stock takes• Dealing with suppliers• Returning devices back to suppliers• Investigating customer returns• Responsible for the daily managing of staff & assigning rotas and duties• Motivating team members to improve performance• Maintain accurate records, sales and activity reports
