My responsibilities:- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;- Supporting hiring managers through all the process from initiation of recruitment to job offer for candidate;- Owning full life-cycle recruitments from admin part (job ad creation, posting, etc.) to final evaluation; - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews, coordinate projects;- Owning and / or participating in different HR projects.

My responsibilities:- Productive new candidate search online and by using corporate database;- Initiating and performing telephone interviews;- Communication with project managers;- Helping candidates with all problems (from documentation until arranging transport to get abroad);- Providing reports to team leader;- Thorough documentation.
