1. Output and Outcome Monitoring Ensures that data is collected, cleaned and analyzed for timely submission to the Country Office, Regional Office and HQ as per the task and/or program. Develops and implements country-specific plans and budgets for outcome assessment activities. Identifies innovations and improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of country-based data collection, storage and management. 2. Evaluations and Studies Compiles country-specific summaries of results and findings from evaluations, according to reporting templates and guidelines and submits these, as required. Supports research initiatives as appropriate and provides critical input and feedback throughout the conceptualizing, planning and implementation process.3. MEL Capacity Building and Training Trains partner staff and Right To Play staff in output monitoring and outcome assessments procedures, standards and tools. Trains data enumerators such as Field Facilitators and partner staff on data collection tools and processes. 4. Country Planning Processes support and facilitation Supports Country Office, Regional Office and HQ office in developing logic frameworks for new programs and reviews logic frameworks for existing programs including the identification of appropriate outcomes and SMART indicators. Develops summary materials and delivers presentations on MEL findings to staff, partners, beneficiaries, and/or other stakeholders.5. Development and Strengthening of Global MEL Strategy Participates in RTP’s Global MEL Strategy Working Groups, MEL workshops, trainings and consultations. Shares MEL good practices, lessons learned and other insights with RTP MEL colleagues through the Global MEL Community of Practice. 6. Dissemination of findings and integration into planning, and decision-making Provides technical support to develop country-specific plans for reviewing, discussing, and sharing the results.

In liaison with the PO, supports the coordination of information or data gathering to feedback to the Country Program work and enhance advocacy and program review. Collect data from schools as per the MEL guidance to learning and program progress and adjustment. Supports the dissemination of important program messages through documents and other channels with education stakeholders within RTP program locations Contributes to planning of field activities that involve external stakeholders including awareness raising events for teachers and parents and other community members to ensure that program messages and expectations are communicated and well-reflected in the field.In coordination with other staff, ensures that issues of gender equality, inclusion, child protection and safeguarding, accountability, risk and vulnerability are taken into account including monitoring and reporting about them throughout all LTPT activities Prepares logistical requests including materials, training manuals and other resources for Learning through Play and Technology (LTPT) activities. In close coordination with the Project Officer and Training Officer, supports the training for education officers, teachers and implementing partners, where applicable. Collaborates with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team and Project Officer to feed data into the tools for monitoring and evaluation of Learning through Play and Technology (LTPT) programs

Identifies community needs, participates in the selection of communities and partners to be included in RTP program in the respective Field. Represents RTP in the project location and relevant forums and have regular consultations with local partners, stakeholders and key beneficiaries in the assigned community. Maintains a representational image of RTP wherever she / he works to ensure visibility among influential actors at the school, sector and district levels.Conducts performance assessment of Master Trainers and teachers and recommends incentives based on the approved incentive criteria.
