ATON — is an investment company offering its clients brokerage services and corporate finance solutions as well as wealth management and personal investment products.- Manage the full cycle recruitment process; - Provide direction and support to the Recruitment team; - Recruit for executive level positions through interviews and sourcing (IB, Finance, Legal, IT, etc); - Identify and develop "ATON Talent Program" (ATP) / Internship project; - Schedules and attends job/career fairs (HSE, MSU TechWeek, etc); - Maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies; - Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies and procedures; - Assist in the development of "Salary Survey" and "Welcome Training"; - Support regular corporate events and education process; - Oversee and manage the capital and operating budgets for the department.
