• Developed and managed several multimillion dollar, multi-year, research and development (R&D) projects funded by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) of the Department of Defense (DoD).

• Led MDA’s Project Hercules Space Tracking and Surveillance System (STSS) Project from the beginning in 2007 to its successful conclusion in 2008.
• Program Manager for the very successful Hercules FBS Team that delivered several of the most important software programs that Hercules has developed. Managed team from the summer of 2003 until I was promoted to STSS.

• Created, staffed, and led the Central Office (CO) Capacity Management team for a leading nationwide provider of integrated voice and data communications. The team implemented and managed the processes that optimized.
• Principal developer of a model that, together with organization and process changes, optimized capacity and Operations staffing, minimized inventory, and forecasted inventory/capacity requirements.
• Developed, implemented, and collaborated on several optimization and asset-management initiatives that resulted in savings from $12 to $26 Million.

- Leader on Boeing's multi-billion dollar National Missile Defense - Lead System Integrator team.- Created and led several high-visibility teams to manage contractor relationships and develop communication interfaces between multi-billion dollar systems.- Teams included the world's experts on communications, control systems, and radars

• Submarine Officer: supervised and trained up to thirty nuclear qualified technicians and non-nuclear trained technicians in the operation and maintenance of the reactor system, propulsion plant, electrical generation /.
• Naval Academy Instructor: led ethics seminars, taught / coached in athletic and sailing departments, including 3 years of coaching football.
• Became the first officer in US Navy history to be certified as a Nuclear Engineer Officer on microprocessor-based instrumentation and control equipment (1993).
