During my time with the Professionals, I initially started on reception and in a support role but quickly imbedded myself within the Investment Property Management team. My role included day to day property management tasks like maintenance and arrears, auditing to ensure we complied with various legislations and client relationships before moving into New Business and helping to grow the company portfolio. As a problem solver by nature, I loved every element to the day to day problem solving tasks required to run a smooth 400+ portfolio however as someone who really thrives in a sales environment, moving into a New Business role was better suited for me and my career goals.With the opportunity to move to an Real Estate agency closer to home and to be soley focused on BDM work, it felt like the time was right to make the move.

As Co-Founder of Don Tolman International, I cover a lot of ground on a day to day basis. I've always been on the frontline with Guest and Customer liaison at our live events ensure optimal guest experience. More recently, I've been working product development, including design, to extend the Don Tolman Self Care Wellness line.
