- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory and customer service.- Developing and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.- Monitoring and analyze store performance metrics and adjust operations accordingly.- Reviewing the daily, weekly and quarterly sales goals.- Recruit, hire and evaluate employees to meet the needs of customers.
