As the founder and CEO of Valecans Home, I initiated this project out of my deep love for pets. In the midst of the 2020 pandemic, during a time when many of us were in quarantine, I embarked on this family venture in pet care. Our aim is to provide a home-like environment where pets receive personalized care in our limited-capacity household. In our inaugural year, we achieved nearly $100K in revenue with a 50% profit margin. One of our key motivations is to offer remote employment opportunities, thereby contributing to both the local and global economy.I've honed my skills in marketing strategy, relying solely on organic efforts thus far. Additionally, my expertise extends to financial management, encompassing accounting, tax preparation, and project management. Currently, we're in the process of developing a SAAS-type digital product tailored to assist pet sitters in managing their businesses and boosting sales. This endeavor aligns with our mission to expand our community of pet lovers and foster a deeper connection with our furry friends.

As an Administration Assistant at Stanford, I managed daily student needs in university residences. I Oversaw package reception, coordinated resident communications, and conducted room inspections to ensure safety and comfort standards and I Contributed to a conducive living environment for students.

I excelled in efficient reception and accurate inventory management. Experience coordinating with suppliers, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Contributed to operational efficiency and ensured inventory integrity.

In Tesla's production line within the bodywork section, my primary role is to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. This involves conducting meticulous inspections of components, accurately installing packaging parts at each stage of the process, and verifying compliance with technical specifications. I closely collaborate with the team, troubleshoot issues, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain detailed records. I actively contribute to continuous improvement, providing suggestions to optimize processes and uphold the exceptional quality of Tesla vehicles throughout the bodywork production phases.

In my role, I led the staff to ensure compliance with food safety standards, product preparation, and cleanliness. My focus ensured that both local and national health and safety standards were upheld, aligning with the company's safety policies.One of my key responsibilities involved overseeing training programs to ensure that the staff was adequately trained in company policies and procedures.Finally, I was responsible for inventory control and money management systems, contributing to the operational efficiency and financial management of the restaurant.
