Group Systems Administrator
Current- Distribution, Connectivity, Installation and Support services of all properties within the portfolio- Systems Used Daily: Opera, Siteminder, Profitroom, Tourplan, OTA's, CRS, GDS, CRM, IBE, Payment Portal - Configuration of Opera Codes/Settings when required e.g., rates, packages, application settings etc.- Creating Company/Travel Agent/Source profiles when required- System updates like Inventory/Date/Room Type restrictions - Channel setups for daily distribution to Siteminder- Obtain quotes from suppliers when required for system updates and amendments- Logging cases with Support Teams and following up until it is resolved- Tracking failed online notifications and resolving it- Assist/Resolve queries from hotels, and escalate to Systems Manager when necessary - Handle down-time requests and liaises with the affected hotels when necessary - Managing user accounts for hotel staff - Quarterly User Audit to ensure the system is maintained
