Offering accommodation, fully licensed restaurant and bar, infinity pool and more.* Guest experience and customer service: Host guests in a well-organized but relaxed environment, acting as the face of the camp, ensuring all guest's needs are met promptly and in good style.* Staffing strategy: Maintain, train, oversee and motivate a team of around 25 staff and contractors to ensure progressively high standards of performance. Management of camp-wide staff, ensuring staffing needs are met and moderated through seasonal fluctuations.* Maintenance: Coordinate and conduct maintenance and site development across all departments. Maintaining relationships with local workmen and engineers. Budgeting/pricing for repair, construction and landscaping projects.* Accounts: Develop systems to monitor camps finances.
