• During my Ph.D. project (2015 – 2020) I examined the heterogeneity between and within strains of the beer spoiler Saccharomyces cerevisiae subspecies diastaticus.
• We have collected 40 wild strains and phenotyped these with respect to growth characteristics, sporulation capacity and heat resistance.
