I am a highly experienced consultant, moderator and real estate expert with an interdisciplinary focus on the real estate industry and urban development, with a passion for sustainability, data, digitalization, innovation, social impact and diversity. I have a degree in Geography and as a Real Estate Investment Advisor (ebs).

(Digital Business Management/ Digital Business Innovator) and✅ Systemic models and NLP for leading, coaching and consulting (NLP Master DVNLP)
I have worked as a Real Estate Market Researcher, Project Manager and Analyst at Commerz Real AG, CA Immo AG and Fay Development GmbH. Since 2018, I have focused on building digital and, above all, data-driven business models in the real estate context. That's why I've been working at IZ Immobilien Zeitung (IZ) as the Head of Digital Research more than four years. My responsibility was to defining the strategic direction of the product www.iz-research.com, map customer relevant content and use cases, define the roadmap for further product development and stakeholder management. 
My freelance work focuses on neighbourhood potential and location analysis, mission statement development, facilitation of participation processes and stakeholder management, including the Socially Integrative City projects of the city of Offenbach and urban development measures of the city of Eschborn. In my new role as Head of Urban Transformation at CIMA, I am particularly pleased to be able to support local authorities, public institutions and the real estate industry as strategic partners in shaping the development of our cities, neighbourhoods and real estate so that they can make their necessary contribution to global sustainable development. Finally, as deputy chair of the initiative F!F Frauen in Führung in der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V., I volunteer for more diversity and a socially sustainable real estate industry.
