As founder of Elavv , I like to support development and progression as much as possible. I aspire to not only contribute to my own development but be a proud leader who helps and supports the people around me.I enjoy new challenges and have a steep learning curve, allowing me to flow into new projects or start them myself easily. As an actuary, I care about supporting the actuarial community to my full capabilities. I am currently doing this by giving presentations, writing papers and increasing the visibility of the actuary outside the society.
